Naturopathy focuses on holistic health care to treat the whole person, promoting the body’s self-healing mechanisms, rather than just treating the symptoms.

Through the use of Herbal Medicine, Nutritional supplements, Flower Essences, Dietary changes and Lifestyle counselling, treatment of health conditions, as well as prevention of chronic diseases is achieved.

Digestive upsets eg. Constipation, diarrhoea, bloating, colic

Women’s and Men’s reproductive health

What is Naturopathy?

During the first consultation, a detailed case history is taken, covering not just the presenting complaint, but the client’s previous health over the years.

A digital Iridology photograph is taken to ascertain the client’s constitutional strengths and nurture points.

A Comprehensive Health Screening test to highlight the current functioning of the immune system, detoxification and inflammation levels in the body.

Prescribed treatment plans are then initiated with personalised herbal medicine blends, nutritional supplements, dietary and lifestyle recommendations.
