Naturopathy
Jody has seen a wide range of health complaints over the nearly 30 years she’s been a Naturopath, and she has a particular interest in female health issues, digestive complaints and people suffering from the negative effects of stress.
Jody is a member of both the Australian Natural Therapists Association and the Naturopaths & Herbalists Association of Australia.

Naturopathy focuses on holistic health care to treat the whole person, promoting the body’s self-healing mechanisms, rather than just treating the symptoms.
Through the use of Herbal Medicine, Nutritional supplements, Flower Essences, Dietary changes and Lifestyle counselling, treatment of health conditions, as well as prevention of chronic diseases is achieved.

A digital Iridology photograph is taken to ascertain the client’s constitutional strengths and nurture points.
A Comprehensive Health Screening test to highlight the current functioning of the immune system, detoxification and inflammation levels in the body.
Prescribed treatment plans are then initiated with personalised herbal medicine blends, nutritional supplements, dietary and lifestyle recommendations.
